Verve has practiced public relations and events management in the business of the environment since 2005.

We started off by organising a 7 day event (Training workshop, conference and film festival) that resulted in international attendance from over 300 international media correspondents, conservationists and ecologists who came together in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia in November 2005.

To achieve this attendance, Verve built a database of over 3,000 international journalists who report on the environment and some 10,000 international contacts key to the business of the environment.

At this event we connected with Professor Ian Swingland, who is a shareholder in Verve. Ian is the Environment Advisor to her majesty, the Queen of England and well known for his career in conversation, ecology, ecotourism and establishing tremendously successful businesses in matters of the environment.
