- We research, recommend speakers, and write the event programme
Budgeting
- We establish all event costs, create a budget
- We maintain the budget and keep records of all incoming and outgoing expenses

Speakers
- We research and approach speakers, inviting them to participate in the event and manage their queries, travel and accommodation requirements, needs at the event
Sponsors, Exhibitors
- We research and approach potential sponsors and/or exhibitors, pitching the event merits to secure cash or in kind income, manage expectations and requirements and oversee the deliverables at the event
Marketing, Publicity
- We write and distribute press releases about the event
- We create an event website and manage the html and information updates
- We create direct marketing materials
- We build prospect databases and distribute the materials to prospects
- We collate published clippings and a portfolio of marketing materials
Registration
- We create registration systems and execute them for clients, managing the entire registration process including fees
- We act as the contact hub and secretariat for all delegates
Logistics
- We source and liaise with the venue, managing their expectations
- We write operations manuals to encourage early decision making and specifiy event requirements for clear communication with managers and third parties
